As a mentor, I want the mentee to be warned (by email, by a message, or in their profile) when they cancel a session last minute.

As a mentor, I want the mentee to be banned (for certain period, 2weeks for example) when they cancel more than once.

It has happened more than once that a mentee cancels the session an hour before the actual session starts. This is extremely frustrating for the mentor.

Here's my response. Maybe you can use it in the warning message:

Dear ...,

I wish you had not canceled on such a short notice. Or at least left a note.

The mentoring session is a special time. I do arrange my schedule so that I am available and in full capacity for the mentoring session. Not only do I prepare mentally and open space in my agenda, I also am looking forward to it.

By booking a slot and then canceling it last-minute you are stealing the chance from another mentee - I only have one session a week to give. It is now burnt.

I hope you understand this and appreciate the chance and possibility that the Mentoring club offers (for free for now).
