I believe giving a Mantee 15 minutes to show up is too long, especially if the meeting is scheduled for 30 minutes. I offer somebody my time and expertise, and work my schedule around the meeting, so I expect equally professional attitude and respecting my time. If somebody cannot show up they can always send a message. In professional work environment I would never wait for somebody 15 minutes, unless they are senior stakeholders or C-levels.
